Needling

Needling, also known as dry needling, is a targeted treatment technique where a physiotherapist inserts fine, sterile needles into specific trigger points or tight bands within muscles. This helps release tension, reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote natural healing by increasing blood flow and decreasing muscle tightness. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling is based on modern anatomy and evidence-based musculoskeletal principles.

Cupping

Cupping therapy involves placing special suction cups on the skin to create negative pressure. This gentle suction increases blood circulation to the targeted area, helps release muscle tension, and encourages the removal of metabolic waste. Cupping can assist in reducing pain, improving flexibility, and speeding up recovery after injury or intense physical activity.

VO₂ Max

VO₂ Max testing measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen, while HRV (Heart Rate Variability) analysis reveals how well your nervous system adapts to stress. Together, these assessments provide a comprehensive picture of cardiovascular fitness, recovery capacity, and autonomic balance. The results guide personalised training, resilience protocols, and performance strategies tailored to your physiology.

VO₂ Max and HRV testing reveal your fitness, recovery, and stress resilience, guiding personalised strategies for optimal performance and wellbeing.
