Getting Started
Before booking your first session, we encourage you to visit your GP. We maintain strong collaborative relationships with local GPs, and communication between your psychologist and doctor can significantly enhance therapeutic outcomes and continuity of care.
If appropriate, please book a consultation with your GP. This allows sufficient time to discuss your concerns and prepare a referral.
Our admin team will support you through the booking process and advise you of the next available appointments. If wait times apply, you are welcome to join our cancellation list for earlier availability should a session open up.

Session Fee: $170
A psychology session provides expert support for emotional, mental, and behavioural wellbeing.
