A Note on Daily Access Unlimited daily access is structured as one session per modality per day — one Cryo session, one Hot/Cold Circuit (30 minutes). All Premium modalities are one per session, chosen at booking. This mirrors the science and ensures every ELEVATE member always has space when they need it.

Memberships are billed weekly by direct debit and renew automatically for the same duration at the end of each term unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Level 1 and Level 2 memberships have a minimum 3-month term. Level 3 (INTEGRATE) and Level 4 (ELEVATE) memberships have a minimum 6-month founding commitment. Memberships may be paused for up to 4 weeks per year with written notice. All visits must be pre-booked and are subject to availability. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule — missed sessions may be forfeited. One Premium modality per session, chosen at booking — Premium modalities cannot be combined within a single visit. Level 2 visits are structured as one NeuroSuite session and one Premium Experience per week. The Hot/Cold Circuit must be taken within the same session booking and cannot be used as a standalone visit. The Hot/Cold Circuit (Infrared Sauna + Ice Bath combined) is 30 minutes total per session. IV Therapy (ELEVATE) is formulated at consultation and subject to clinical suitability. Guest passes are non-transferable and must be used within the relevant period. Concierge and after-hours booking is subject to practitioner and equipment availability. Memberships are non-transferable and are not a substitute for medical care. THERAPY™ reserves the right to adjust inclusions or pricing with reasonable notice.
