What is THERAPY™?

THERAPY™ is where science meets stillness — an integrated neuroscience and recovery centre devoted to recalibrating the human nervous system.
Drawing on both clinical precision and restorative practice, THERAPY™ unites evidence-based physical and psychological treatments — from Cryotherapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to ExoMind™ neuro-stimulation, Physiotherapy, and Psychotherapy — within a single, carefully designed environment.
The result is not just recovery, but regulation: a space where the mind, body, and gut–brain axis align to restore clarity, resilience, and emotional equilibrium.

Do I need a membership to visit?

No. You can visit casually or purchase any of our Packages.
However, memberships offer the best value, exclusive benefits, and access to the Outdoor Recovery Lounge and Pulsetto™ vagus-nerve regulation after treatments.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

Memberships provide structure and consistency for both physical and emotional regulation.
All members receive:

Can non-members use the Outdoor Lounge?

No. The Outdoor Lounge and Pulsetto™ devices are reserved exclusively for THERAPY™ members to maintain privacy, calm, and a consistent recovery experience.
Corporate and private bookings can access the space by prior arrangement.

How do memberships work?

Memberships are billed weekly or monthly and renew automatically every three months.
Each tier includes a set number of weekly visits or unlimited access depending on the level chosen.
There is a three-month minimum term, after which memberships continue month-to-month with 14 days’ notice to cancel.
Memberships can also be paused for up to four weeks per year for travel or illness.

What’s the difference between Psychotherapy and your other therapies?

Psychotherapy focuses on emotional regulation, stress management, and trauma recovery.
Our qualified psychotherapists integrate evidence-based approaches — such as EMDR, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural tools — to help clients process experiences, build resilience, and strengthen their mind-body connection.
When combined with physical recovery therapies, Psychotherapy supports holistic regulation across the nervous system.

Can I combine Psychotherapy with other therapies in one visit?

Yes. Many clients begin or end a Psychotherapy session with Cryotherapy, PEMF, or Neuro Meditation to deepen relaxation and integrate the mental and physical benefits.
Your therapist can recommend the most supportive sequence based on your goals.

How do Psychotherapy sessions work?

Your first appointment is a comprehensive intake with your psychotherapist to explore your history, goals, and challenges.
Follow-up sessions focus on emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and practical strategies for balance and clarity.
Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes and conducted in a private consultation room within the centre.

Can Psychotherapy be included in a membership?

Can Psychotherapy be included in a membership?

Yes. Psychotherapy sessions are available in the Integrate and Elevate membership tiers as monthly or bi-monthly inclusions.
Members also receive discounted rates for additional Psychotherapy sessions or EMDR treatments.

What’s the difference between a Package and a Membership?

Packages are prepaid bundles of specific sessions — such as Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen, or Psychotherapy — and never expire.
Memberships are ongoing, multi-therapy programs offering better value, consistency, and access to exclusive spaces and technologies.

Do Packages expire?

Yes. All THERAPY™ Packages have a 12month expiry and can be shared between family or friends.

Each package is released in limited numbers to preserve the quality of care and availability for members.

What happens during my first visit?

Your first visit includes a complimentary Technogym Body Scan and Muse HRV Assessment (for all members)
You’ll complete a personalised intake so we can tailor your sessions to your goals — whether that’s reducing anxiety, enhancing recovery, or supporting focus and sleep.

How many sessions will I need?

Results vary per person. Most clients notice improved clarity, mood, and sleep within the first few sessions.
For long-term nervous-system balance or trauma recovery, we recommend a 6–12 week commitment combining both physical and psychological therapies.

 

Are your therapies safe?

Yes. All services are clinically tested and supervised by qualified staff.
Cryotherapy, PEMF, and Hyperbaric Oxygen have strong safety records when used appropriately.
Our Psychotherapists and Physiotherapists are fully accredited and operate under strict professional standards.

Do you offer corporate or group experiences?

Yes. We offer guided Corporate Hot + Cold Circuits and Wellness Mornings for teams of 4–20 participants.
Each includes temperature therapies, breathwork, and education on stress resilience.
Corporate events include Outdoor Lounge access and Pulsetto™ vagus-nerve regulation for group relaxation.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes. Gift Cards are available and can be redeemed for any therapy, including Psychotherapy, Cryotherapy, or Packages.
All gifts include Lounge access and a complimentary Pulsetto™ vagus-nerve regulation session after treatment.

Are therapies suitable for everyone?

Most treatments are suitable for the general population.
Certain services (such as Cryotherapy, IV Therapy, or Hyperbaric Oxygen) may not be recommended during pregnancy or for clients with cardiovascular conditions.
Psychotherapy is suitable for all adults seeking support with stress, anxiety, mood regulation, or performance.

Do you offer private health rebates for Psychotherapy or Physiotherapy?

Some Psychotherapy and Physiotherapy sessions may be eligible for rebates depending on your provider and coverage.
Please check with your health fund directly.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes. Memberships may be paused for up to four weeks per year with written notice, or cancelled with 14 days’ notice after the initial three-month term.

What should I bring to my session?

  • Comfortable clothing for recovery therapies
  • Swimwear for Ice Bath or Sauna sessions (optional)
  • We provide towels, robes, slippers, hydrogen water, and fruit
    For Psychotherapy, you only need yourself — everything else is provided for your comfort.

Do you have showers and changing facilities?

Yes. Private change rooms, showers, and full amenities are available for all clients and members.

Is parking available?

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for members and guests.

Where is THERAPY™ located?

Our flagship centre is located in Eltham, Victoria, with parking directly accessible from the main entrance.

How do I book?

Bookings can be made online via our website or through the THERAPY™ App, where members can manage their schedule, sessions, and progress reports.

Can I speak to someone before booking Psychotherapy or Clinical Services?

Yes. Our client care team can arrange a short pre-consultation call to help determine whether Psychotherapy, Physiotherapy, or another program best suits your goals.

Do you offer medical or clinical referrals?

THERAPY™ operates as an evidence-based wellness and recovery centre, not a medical clinic.
Our practitioners including registered Psychotherapists and Physiotherapists — work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to complement your broader care.
