Movement that changes your state.
A nervous-system-led movement and community space inside THERAPY Neurowellness. Some days you need to slow down. Some days you need to lift something heavy, turn the music up and sweat. And sometimes you simply need somewhere to go and people to be around.
Because regulation doesn’t always look calm.
You don’t need the perfect morning routine. You don’t need to meditate every day. And you don’t need to become a different person to start looking after yourself.
We don’t do perfect wellness.
We do life.

Pilates, mobility, dynamic movement, rhythm and flow. Some sessions are controlled and technical. Others turn the music up. Some are heated. Some aren’t.
Move well. Feel good.

Weights, resistance and bodyweight movement designed to build muscle, stability and physical capacity. No intimidating gym culture. Private 1:1 Speediance training also available.
Build strength for real life.

Regulation isn’t another word for calm. Breath, somatic movement, rhythm, music, stillness, laughter. Sometimes your nervous system needs to slow down.
Sometimes it needs somewhere for the energy to go.

Slow movement, mobility, breath, sound and deep rest. A space to stop pushing for a while, recover and reset before heading back into life.
Rest is part of training too.

Connection isn’t an extra at THERAPY — it’s part of the point. Classes, coffee, workshops, run clubs, events, guest sessions and familiar faces each week. No forced conversations. No pressure to share.
Just somewhere you can belong.
The Studio transforms with the experience. Mirrors open when posture and technique matter. Curtains close when they don’t. Projection, dynamic lighting, immersive sound, optional infrared heat and subtle scent move the same room from bright and energetic to warm, dark and deeply restorative.
The room changes with you.
Pilates, mobility and dynamic movement. Heated and non-heated.
Full-body strength using weights, resistance and bodyweight movement.
Our signature nervous-system-led experience combining breath, somatic movement, mobility, sound and sensory immersion.
Slow movement, mobility, breath and deep rest.
Movement, music, dance, play, guest facilitators, workshops and community experiences.
Our instructors know Pilates, strength, breath and somatic practice — and they know that no two nervous systems walk in the same. They’ll learn your name, your goals and your bad weeks, and coach to the state you arrive in, not the one on the plan.
Founding team announced with the opening timetable — drop real portraits and names into the cards above when ready.
A day retreat. Disconnect to reconnect — twenty-five minutes from town, a world away.
Most retreats ask for a two-hour drive and an overnight bag, or hand you a robe and leave you to soak. The Exhale is neither: one structured day of guided practice — movement, mindset, stillness — held in sequence, in the studio. No ceremony for ceremony’s sake. Just a full day of the work, done properly, together.
Phones away, names learned, the day’s arc laid out. Ten minutes — an orientation, not a ritual.
Control, alignment, breath under effort. The body switched on before the mind is asked to do anything.
Guided prompts, written privately, shared only if you choose. Practical thinking work — patterns, not affirmations.
Unloaded, instinctive movement that lets the body discharge what the morning surfaced. Coached like training, because it is.
Long, guided, unhurried — the descent the whole day has been building toward.
One intention each to carry out the door. Then you leave — regulated, not raw.
Small group. Held start to finish by THERAPY practitioners. Dates, capacity and inclusions announced with the first release.
JOIN THE FIRST EXHALETHERAPY Studio sits inside THERAPY Neurowellness — where movement, mental wellbeing, nervous-system health, recovery, diagnostics and community come together.
Take a class. Stay for breakfast. Have coffee with someone you met inside. Sit by the pond. Add recovery when it suits you. Or simply spend another half hour somewhere you feel welcome.
Because sometimes the conversation afterwards matters just as much as the class that brought you together.

Wellness isn’t about getting everything right. It’s having things — and people — you can come back to.
