Myotherapy
Assessment and hands-on treatment for pain, injury and restricted movement, with a plan for what to do between appointments. Useful whether the pain came from training, a desk, or years of holding tension you stopped noticing.

Registered, trauma-informed practitioners working in the same building as the sauna, the ice bath and the kitchen — because the mind and the body are one system, and we treat it that way.
One-on-one sessions with registered psychologists in a room that doesn't feel like a clinic. Trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, with the option to pair your work with breathwork, sauna or the NeuroSuite on the same visit.

Beth believes that true wellbeing considers the whole person. She uses a warm, collaborative approach to help clients cultivate balance and strengthen the connection between body and mind.
She has a particular interest in body image, eating disorders and the gut–mind connection — how what happens in the body shapes mood, thinking and wellbeing — supporting clients to move from struggling against their bodies to developing greater understanding, self-compassion and acceptance. Beth believes meaningful change occurs through a strong therapeutic relationship and an emotionally safe, nurturing environment.
As an Educational and Developmental Psychology Registrar, Beth brings extensive knowledge of development across the lifespan. Her practice is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and focused on helping people recognise and build upon their existing strengths.
Across all aspects of her work, Beth's goal remains the same: helping each person integrate their body, mind and sense of self to achieve lasting wellbeing.
Melanie is a Provisional Psychologist completing her Master of Professional Psychology at the Institute of Social Neuroscience, following a Bachelor of Psychology and Criminology at RMIT and a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science at Bond University.
She believes therapy works best when you feel safe, understood and genuinely supported. Seeking support can feel vulnerable, so Melanie builds warm, collaborative therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, curiosity and trust — a space to explore your experiences, develop insight, and work toward meaningful change.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Melanie draws on evidence-based approaches to help you understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviours — taking a holistic view of wellbeing across its biological, psychological, social and environmental threads.
Her experience spans a broad range of presentations: as an NDIS Support Coordinator she has supported people living with depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, autism and ADHD; through Friendline she has supported people through anxiety, loneliness and emotional distress; and she has experience in cognitive and psychological assessment. She welcomes concerns of every size — no issue is too small to deserve support, understanding and care. Sessions with Melanie are available at a reduced fee.
Bodywork here isn't a standalone massage. It sits alongside the sauna, compression and cold, so what's released on the table has somewhere to go afterwards.

Assessment and hands-on treatment for pain, injury and restricted movement, with a plan for what to do between appointments. Useful whether the pain came from training, a desk, or years of holding tension you stopped noticing.

Remedial and relaxation massage for the stress that lives in the body rather than the diary — tension, tight shoulders, poor sleep, the long tail of a hard year. Deep, considered work, with the sauna and ice bath downstairs to extend it.

Assessment-led treatment for pain, injury and movement that has stopped cooperating — including cupping and dry needling where indicated. We accept EPC plans: ask your GP about a Chronic Disease Management referral for up to five Medicare-subsidised physio sessions a year.
A psychologist works top-down — thought, memory, pattern. Everything else in this building works bottom-up — cold, heat, breath, pressure, food. The nervous system doesn't care which door you came through, and very few places offer both.
No — you can book directly. If you would like to claim a Medicare rebate, ask your GP about a Mental Health Care Plan before your first appointment — it covers Medicare-rebated psychology sessions each calendar year.
A provisional psychologist has completed their psychology degree and is working towards full registration, practising under the supervision of a registered psychologist. Contact us for current session fees and what you can claim.
Assessments run longer than a standard appointment and are arranged individually. Get in touch and we will talk you through what is involved and what it costs before you book.
