Membership terms & the fine print
Billed weekly by direct debit, auto-renewing each term unless 30 days’ written notice is given. All memberships carry a 6-month minimum term. Pause up to 4 weeks per year with notice. All visits pre-booked, subject to availability; 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. One modality per session, chosen at booking. The Hot/Cold Circuit is 30 minutes total and cannot be a standalone visit. IV Therapy (ELEVATE) is formulated at consultation and subject to clinical suitability. Memberships are non-transferable and not a substitute for medical care. THERAPY™ may adjust inclusions or pricing with reasonable notice.
