What we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when you enquire, join a waitlist or register interest.
• Booking, membership and payment information, processed by our booking provider Momence under their own privacy terms.
• Health information you choose to share with our practitioners, collected with your consent and handled as sensitive information.
• Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type). We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To provide and schedule services, respond to enquiries and manage memberships.
• To send service updates and, only with your consent, marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet clinical record-keeping and legal obligations.

Storage & security

Information is stored on access-controlled systems. Clinical records are retained as required by Australian health record laws. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
